Router Scan is able to find and identify various devices from a large number of known routers/routers and, most importantly, extract useful information from them, in particular, the characteristics of the wireless network: how the access point is protected (encryption), the name of the access point (SSID) and the key of the access point (passphrase). It also receives information about the WAN connection (convenient when scanning the local network) and displays the make and model of the router. The information is retrieved in two possible ways: the program will try to guess the login/password pair to the router from the list of standard passwords, as a result of which it will gain access. Alternatively, non-destructive vulnerabilities (or bugs) for a specific router model will be exploited, allowing you to obtain the necessary information and/or bypass the authorization process.
